Creamer Metal Products

Creamer Metal Products has introduced the Frain Line chain conveyor, for operators who need to fill tall grain tanks using existing shorter bucker elevators.

According to General Manager Andrew Bubp, the conveyor can be inclined anywhere from 0 to 60 degrees and used any place a traditional drag or screw conveyor would be installed.

"Grain Line is made of 100% galvanized steel for exceptional corrosion resistance and long life," adds Bubp. "The drive is located at the tail end of easier maintenance, while the 6- to 12-inch-diameter spout enables greater flexibility to move 1,500 to 10,000 bph."

Easy Maintenance

"Being able to increase storage without a major material handling upgrade is a big plus and helps out customers keep costs down," he explains. "Easy-to-remove cleanout cover and having the majority of maintenance items at the tail end makes Grain Line easier to maintain."

Features

  • Low-Maintenance combination gearbox/drive assembly.
  • Grain Line cna be supported using guy wires without support underneath; optional truss support systems are available.
  • Flexible installation configurations to meet a range of grain handling needs.
  • Optional features include truss support systems; bypass inlets; intermediate discharges; head gate; inspections sections; and plug, speed and bearing sensors.
