Hamer-Fischbein has introduced the Hamer Model 200NW+ net weigh scale for fast and accurate weighing in filling bags, boxes, or jugs in weights ranging from .05 lbs. to 30 lbs.
“The Model 200NW+’s unsurpassed repeatable accuracy is derived from its innovative mechanical design, direct-mount load cells and high performance Rice Lake 920i control system with specially developed Hamer software,” says Engineering Director Dian Mullis.
“In a simplex format it can reach up to 30 weighments per minute,” he explains. “When configured in a duplex,triplex, or quad system, this net weight scale can achieve speeds greater than 60 to 80 weighments per minute.”
According to Mullis, the scale’s direct-mounted load cells feature the exclusive Truweigh™ dampening system, which responds faster and provides increased accuracy for reduced product giveaway compared to traditional scale designs using transfer rods, flexures, and suspended weigh hoppers.
