The Essmueller Company

Since 1878, Essmueller has served the grain, feed, and processing industries by focusing on customer satisfaction and uncompromising quality.
Since February 2020, Executive Vice President Jamison Anding says the company has begun stocking more parts in five sizes of bucket elevators and an entire elevator casing to provide faster delivery times.
According to Anding: “Previously, we built each bucket elevator one at a time when an order was placed, and it took six to 10 weeks. Now, because we stock parts for bucket elevators ranging from less than 1,000 bph to 25,000 bph, we can ship these bucket elevators within four weeks.”
“We determined the most common sizes of bucket elevators we make,” says Anding. “Each of these five models covers a range of capacities for greater flexibility for our customers. Manufacturing parts in larger batches reduces the cost per piece, but faster turnaround doesn’t mean we use cheaper material. These are structural components made of heavy-gauge steel.”
• Faster delivery times for bucket elevators allow customers to get up and running quickly.
• Same structural components in predetermined sizes and high-quality, heavy-gauge metal.
• Available in most popular sizes.
• Stock sizes for buckets and bearings meet industry standards.
