Satake USA Inc.

Satake RNEZS6500 allows for quick adjustments to settings, sensitivities

Satake USA introduced its RNEZS high-capacity optical sorter to the North American grain market at this year’s GEAPS Exchange and IAOM Conference.

According to Sr. Account Manager Patric Pike, “The RNEZS high-capacity optical sorter is powered by patent-pending Satake Smart Sensitivity (3S) software that enables hassle-free, quick setup and product profile creation for machine operators. A simple user interface, like a smart phone or tablet with touch and flick operation, allows the operator to make quick adjustments to a number of settings and sensitivities.”

Full Color Cameras With Shape Detection

“The RNEZS uses full-color cameras to capture product images similar to how the human eye sees and has the added assurance of shape detection for similar color and size products,” he adds. “The RNEZS sorter is able to consistently and effectively sort common grain types at high capacities ranging from 1 to 36 tons per hour.”
