Cole Halbleib Joins Extron AgTECT as Western Regional Sales Manager

Extron AgTECT, Minneapolis, MN (763-544-4197) has welcomed Cole Halbleib as the Western Regional Sales Manager in July.

Halbleib joined Extron after a 14 year career working closely with all facets of the agricultural industry, providing him with the experience and understanding of the business decisions his customers have to make on a daily basis.

As an operations manager, he has worked closely with many large operations throughout the Midwest, running facilities in Kansas, Nebraska and Minnesota as well as contributing in several building startups.

Halbleib’s passion for agriculture began as a young boy growing up in a small farming community in Western Kansas.

Surrounded by the great men in Cole’s life all working in the agricultural industry, it naturally became of part of his everyday life.

Getting heavily involved in the FFA organization in High School fostered his love for agriculture even more, leading him to pursue a degree from Kansas State University with a study in Agricultural Technology Management and Agricultural Economics.

Still pursuing to advance his knowledge and experience, Cole is currently enrolled in K-State working on his MBA and Masters of Agribusiness.

His desire to be a part of the team came from his hands on experience with Extron during his past employment allowing Cole to join the team already having a depth of knowledge and experience with Extron’s products.

"Extron seemed to always be on the cutting edge of things going on in the grain industry and I loved using their products.” Cole explained.

Always feeling supported from the Extron team, Cole states, “The attention to detail and rigorous customer service were my main reasons for wanting to come to Extron.”

Eager to provide his extensive experience, product knowledge and customer service skills to his customers, Cole explained, “Having worked in grain operations management at many facilities, from a small truck house to a large shuttle loader, I understand the uphill battle they face every day and I am looking forward to being a trusted advisor in not only Extron products but all facets of grain operations. I have a willingness to go the extra mile for my customers. If something isn’t right, I will do anything I can to remediate the situation, no matter what time or day.”

In his free time, Cole enjoys hunting, fishing, is a forever fan of Kansas State University sporting events, mastering the BBQ smoker for his family to enjoy and rooting the CHEIFS on as a loyal fan.

“Given the opportunity, you will find me in Manhattan or Arrowhead on any given weekend during the football season cheering on KSU and the CHEIFS” said Cole. “GO CHEIFS!!”
